We make reasonable efforts to display our products, descriptions, prices, colors, and details as accurately as possible. Minor differences may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or natural variations in materials.

Orders & Order Confirmation
Placing an order through our website does not mean that the order has been fully confirmed for dispatch.

After placing your order, our team may contact you to verify the order details and arrange payment confirmation.

You can confirm your order by paying either the full order amount in advance or a deposit of no less than 25% of the total order value via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.

If only a deposit is paid, the remaining balance will be collected upon delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where necessary, including cases involving incorrect information, suspected misuse, unavailable products, or other reasonable operational reasons, subject to applicable law.

Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in Egyptian Pounds unless otherwise stated.

Payment arrangements and any applicable remaining balance will be confirmed with the customer before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery
Linen Zone currently ships within Egypt only.

Shipping is free on successfully completed orders.

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after the order has been confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If an order is refused after dispatch, applicable actual delivery and return shipping costs may be charged or deducted from amounts already paid, where permitted by applicable law.

Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, refunds, and defective products are handled according to our published Return & Refund Policy and applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

You may not use our website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website.
