Shipping Policy

Linen Zone currently ships within Egypt only.

Free Shipping
Shipping is FREE on successfully completed orders within Egypt.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after the order has been confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier conditions.

Order Confirmation & Payment
To confirm your order, you can either pay the full order amount in advance or pay a deposit of no less than 25% of the total order value via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.

If only a deposit is paid, the remaining balance will be collected upon delivery.

Our team will contact you after placing your order to confirm the amount to be transferred and provide the payment details.

Refused Orders
If an order is refused after it has already been dispatched, the applicable actual delivery and return shipping costs may be charged or deducted from any amount already paid, where permitted by applicable law.

سياسة الشحن

تقوم Linen Zone حاليًا الشحن داخل جمهورية مصر العربية فقط.

الشحن المجاني
الشحن مجاني للطلبات التي يتم استلامها بنجاح داخل مصر.

مدة التوصيل
مدة التوصيل المتوقعة من 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل بعد تأكيد الطلب، وقد تختلف المدة حسب منطقة التوصيل وظروف شركة الشحن.

تأكيد الطلب والدفع
لتأكيد طلبك، يمكنك دفع قيمة الطلب كاملة مقدمًا، أو دفع مقدم لا يقل عن 25% من إجمالي قيمة الطلب عن طريق InstaPay أو Vodafone Cash.

في حالة دفع المقدم فقط، يتم تحصيل المبلغ المتبقي عند الاستلام.

بعد تسجيل الطلب، سيتواصل معك فريقنا لتأكيد المبلغ المطلوب تحويله وإرسال بيانات الدفع.

رفض استلام الطلب
في حالة رفض استلام الطلب بعد أن تم شحنه بالفعل، يجوز تحميل العميل تكلفة الشحن الفعلية للذهاب والرجوع أو خصمها من أي مبالغ تم دفعها مسبقًا، وذلك في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون.
